And Celeste is soooo glad that we have a room with a view (and an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, some books, a sofa, and a potted ginger plant that she hasn't eaten yet.) There's just nothing better than staring into the neighbors' laundry room:

Lovely socks! You will have toasty toes. Celeste looks very intent on whatever is happening in that laundry room - I hope it's not as compelling as whatever happens on those buses!!

And Beautiful Socks! My new knitting class begins on teh 8th! I am most excited, although I think socks may be a bit further along for me!
Do you know Kathleen I have had this longing to knit a pair of socks for a long time. It is impossible to find a pattern. The first thing I ever did knit was a pair of socks in Primary school and I have never forgotten the pleasure of "turning the heel." I was so pleased with myself that it worked. Iam going to knit some this winter;if I find a pattern
